Registration :

To register your child in school, you need the following documentation:

Birth Certificate

Proof of Immunization on a DOH form- this can be obtained at the following Orange County Health Department:

Proof of physical examination within the last year.  If documentation cannot be provided, a physical examination must be scheduled within 30 days.

Verification of your residency in Orange County with one of the following:

 

Homestead Exemption Card

Lease/Rental Agreement

Notarized Statement

Declaration of Domicile (for new FL residents

  

 

Change of Address or Telephone Numbers:

    We cannot stress enough the importance of a telephone number where parents may be reached during the day.  So that our files can contain accurate information, parents are required to submit to the office any change of address or telephone numbers.  

Cafeteria:

 

Breakfast-the school servers breakfast from 7:45-8:05 each morning.  Breakfast will not be served after 8:05.  Students on free or reduced lunch can eat breakfast free or the reduced price of $.30.  Other students will pay $1.00.

 

Lunch-all students will eat lunch on campus.  The school provides nutritionally prepared, hot, reasonably priced meals.  Lunch is $1.75 per day including milk.  Individual milk cost $.30 a carton. Students on free or reduced lunch can eat free or the reduced price of $.40.

   We encourage you to pay for your child's lunch on a weekly basis on Monday.  A check payable to Rosemont Elementary Lunchroom or cash (please include the correct amount) placed in a sealed envelop clearly marked on the outside with the following information:
